Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service

The Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) allows landlords and tenants to resolve disputes without going to court. If there is a rental dispute, either the landlord or the tenant can file an application with the RTDRS for different remedies. The matter will be heard by a Tenancy Dispute Officer, and his/her decision is binding on all parties involved in the dispute.

To find out if the RTDRS is available in your area, go to the RTDRS website.
