How the Tenancy Can Be EndedThe condominium can end the tenancy by serving notice on you and your landlord, or by applying to court for an order for possession of the property. Either of these can occur if you have done excessive damage to the property of the condominium corporation, if you are a danger to owners or renters, or if you are intimidating the owners or other renters.
