Landlord Remedies

In certain situations your landlord might take action against you during a tenancy because he or she believes you are not fulfilling your obligations either under the law or the tenancy agreement.

The action taken will be either to evict you, or to recover money that the landlord believes you owe.  A landlord might also need to take steps to evict someone living in the premises who is not a tenant, but may be either living with a tenant, or living in the premises after a tenant has left.
