• Service Alberta Consumer Contact Centre (for tenants only) Answer questions and investigate offenses (if law has been broken).
• Legal Advice Services available to help select a lawyer and access subsidized legal advice.
• Regional Health Authorities Investigate complaints relating to public health, such as rental properties that are not kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service Once it has been determined that the law has been broken, the RTDRS will resolve disputes outside of court.
