Landlord Ends Periodic Tenancy Where You are Not at Fault
When a landlord wants to end a periodic tenancy in a situation where you have not done anything wrong, the tenancy can only be ended for very specific reasons set out by the law.
The notice to end the tenancy must be in the required form and must comply with strict time periods.
